Technology plays a vital role in modern community development. Through the Tumbo App, we provide a digital platform where community members, businesses, and government institutions can connect seamlessly. The app enables access to essential services, tracks community project progress, and oJers real-time updates on opportunities and resources available to users.Objective communication is key to fostering trust and collaboration between businesses and communities. We facilitate dialogue between stakeholders, ensuring transparency, inclusivity, and mutual understanding. Our engagement strategies include public forums, stakeholder consultations, and targeted community outreach campaigns.

The PUSH iPASSION Program aimed at matching opportunities and potential with passion of our school youth. The programme is aimed at the improvement of youth development through Life Coaching sessions, fostering Progressive Learning and exhibition programs meant to guide learners as to what career paths they can pursue in accordance with their strength. • The program has impacted close to 1500 Youth from the area of Emalahleni in Nkangala District and takes place every second Thursday of the month.

Through Touch a Heart Program, together we make a difference to children across South Africa. Touch a Heart makes a meaningful impact by ensuring that children can learn, grow and thrive. Through this initiative, we give children a chance to see themselves in a positive light. • Donation of school shoes to various schools around Emalahleni • To date we have donated 200 pairs of school shoes • We also donate, Clothes and sanitary packs including a fun day with the children from orphanages. • Beneficiaries: Madressa Tul Umar Orphanage ,Ethembeni Childrens haven ,Primary schools around Emalahleni .The program has impacted close to 500 Children around Emalahleni and donated to 10 schools.

Amadoda AseMandleni

The Men’s Empowerment Program aims to provide a comprehensive platform for men to develop their skills, enhance their well-being, and engage more meaningfully in their communities. • As we look to empower men EMA Community and Development have developed a program called Amadoda ase’Mandleni (Men In Power). This program recognizes that traditional notions of masculinity often impose restrictive norms that can limit men’s potential and adversely affect their mental health. By promoting a more inclusive and supportive environment, we seek to empower men to redefine their identities in ways that are authentic and fulfilling.

Emhlabeni on Earth

Emhlabeni on Earth is a programme focused on Nurturing youth by encouraging agricultural practices. • We have starting Planting our own vegetable Gardens by our office • We aim to connect our youth and communities to nature • We have currently 12 Youth nurturing gardens • We aim to grow the program in our communities and effectively empower our unemployed youth through the use of agriculture and basic entrepreneurial skills

Develop self-identity, critical thinking, and community problem-solving through the use of technology. Address school-specific challenges (teenage pregnancy, substance abuse) through collaborative programs.

Tumbo Sports

Tumbo Sports is a youth empowerment initiative for the previously disadvantaged dedicated to identifying and nurturing talent across various sports, including soccer, netball, golf, and tennis. • Through structured programs, talent scouting, and development opportunities, Tumbo Sports provides young athletes with the platform, resources, and exposure needed to excel in their respective sports. • By fostering discipline, teamwork, and career pathways in athletics, the initiative aims to create long-term opportunities for youth, connecting them with professional leagues, scholarships, and training programs.
